1. Check If You Have Windscreen Insurance Covered
In order to submit a claim for the replacement of your windscreen, the first thing you need to do is determine whether or not the tinting specialist in question is an authorised panel for your insurance company.

- Your insurance company for information on the recommended workshop or panel for windscreen repair near your location.

2. Documents Needed For Windscreen Repair or Replacement
Please prepare the documents listed below in order to facilitate the process of submitting a claim once you have received confirmation that your windshield is covered by insurance:
- Motor insurance policy / cover note
- NRIC of the insured driver
- Driving license of the insured driver
- Vehicle Registration Card (Geran)
- Original police report (if applicable)
- If it is a company car, please also bring:
- Business Company Registration license
- Company rubber stamp
